There is presently a 10% discount on all 3 bed villa rates in 2008!!!!

Points to Note:-

Rates may change without prior notice due to exchange rate fluctuations.

All of our prices are per week & inclusive of Florida State & tourist taxes.

They are also fully inclusive of all Utility Bills, Swimming Pool Maintenance
(not heating) & cleaning of the villa prior to your arrival/departure.

Swimming Pool heating (if required) is charged at a weekly rate of £84 / $165

We recommend that from October - March the pool heating should be on for
8 hours per day & a pool cover should be placed on at night to help retain
the heat.

A non refundable Booking deposit of £200 / $300 payable at time of booking.

A Security deposit of £200 / $300 is required which will be refunded approx 7
days after departure when management company have confirmed that the
property remains in good order

For stays of less than 7 nights there will be a cleaning fee of $75.

The balance must be paid 10 weeks prior to arrival on your villa holiday.

These prices are for villa rental, not per person.
