Our beautiful new 4 bedroom 3 bathroom Florida villa for rental is both beautifully furnished and equipped with upgraded furniture package.
The villa is able to comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. It has two master bedrooms, which includes a king size master bedroom with full en-suite facilities and a queen size bedroom will full en-suite facilities and direct access to the deck and pool area. The third and fourth bedrooms provide twin beds.
Within the villa there is an ample living area, which also has direct access on to the deck of the swimming pool and spa.

Bookings: An initial deposit of £200 /$500 will be required to confirm the booking and full payment will be required 10 weeks prior to arrival. Pool heating is £84 /$150 per week (payable locally or in advance). A REFUNDABLE security deposit of £200 /$500 is also required when the balance is due. This will be refunded once the management company confirms the property remains in good order.
